Loosing weight is a two way process. It involves Healthy Eating habits and also regular exercise. One can loose weight only by doing healthy eating but to have effective results, one should exercise too. There are various food products like yogurt, honey, fruits and fresh vegetable which help as does drinking lots of water. Also, just being active by doing regular chores helps in burning calories and makes you more fit. This Healthy eating and regular exercise is a two way process where one is input and other is output.

How to lose weight by regular exercise is a topic about which people get an overload of information and advice and get discouraged. Regular exercise need not mean going to a gym to have a severe workout; walking, jogging and climbing stairs instead of using the elevators and such simple tricks will do the job.

The secret of good and healthy food habits lies in consuming smaller portions of food at regular ,set frequency. Do not divert your attention from the job of eating., such as watching TV or reading. Take a deep breadth and drink some water before you start eating. Regulating eating habits will reduce weight of a person. However, one should not go on a diet regimen suddenly or starve. The reduction of diet has to be done in gradual steps. The doctor should be consulted before you start on the diet plan or joining any program of physical exercise or workouts.

There are various activities which not only helps you in becoming fit but also helps in keeping one fit for the rest of life. These activities include good eating habits, reducing stress and regular exercising. Various ways to boost your determination can be to involve family and friends in the program which will make it a social activity and will boost your determination to continue.

When faced with the question of how to lose weight, two simple methods need to be followed simultaneously for weight loss to be effective - healthy eating and regular exercise. Healthy food habits include reducing food intake slowly, eating smaller portions of fresh foods and eating at regular hours. Drinking a glass of water before meals will help prevent overeating, and so will managing stress. Exercise will also help reduce stress, and it doesn't just mean going to the gym - various physical activities like walking or climbing stairs will help. Taking part in activities with friends and family can boost determination.
